Kate works with JPB Fellow Colleen Reid in the ongoing project “Understanding the roles of objective versus perception of green space exposure on stress and mental health”. She does GIS analysis.

Kate is a graduate student at the University of Colorado in the Geography Department. Her interests include geovisualization, representation of uncertainty, and cartographic information design. Through the support of JPB funds, Kate works as a research assistant for Dr. Reid. She performs GIS analysis for Dr. Reid’s project on evaluating green space exposure and mental health outcomes.
